  • Free standard shipping on orders over £50.00.

Return & Exchange Policy

Introduction

At Rui Haven, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you receive a damaged product or have an unopened item, we are here to assist you with a return.

​

Eligibility for Returns

​

  • Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will require photos of the damage to process your return.

  • Unopened Products: We accept returns for unopened products within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging and condition.  If the return is made after 14 days, you will be eligible for a product replacement instead.

Non-Returnable Items

​

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless they are damaged.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to us at returns@ruihaven.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Approval: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back to us.

  3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged.

Refunds

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
